About Akira

Akira Seino is a Research Officer at TransGP, Hong Kong. He is also a Visiting Research Associate at The University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at Yamagata University, in Yamagata, Japan. He obtained his Master’s and Ph.D. at Tohoku University, in Japan.

His main research topic is in the area of mechanical desgin for robots, power-assisted system, and manipulation.

He enjoys fishing, listening music, and Photography.
